TechStyleOS is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing Science & Analytics team.

How do you fit in?
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in generating insights that empower our internal teams to scale marketing spend effectively and drive exceptional customer experiences from ad exposure to checkout. You will collaborate closely with Data Analytics, Media, and a diverse team of data professionals with various expertise and focuses.
Tools And Technologies
Expect to leverage SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau daily, with opportunities to work on larger projects involving data integration and automation using platforms like Databricks and Airflow. Flexibility in choosing the best tools for your role is encouraged, reflecting our commitment to ongoing education and exploration of new technologies.

This position will report to the Director of Marketing Science & Analytics.
What You Will Do
- Media Attribution Expertise: Implement, maintain, and enhance our internal attribution models using SQL and Python.
- Testing & Optimization: Create testing frameworks and tagging recommendations to support robust analysis. Design, deploy, and measure lift tests to enhance performance KPIs.
- Data Extraction & Analysis: Utilize data from various sources (HEAP / Google Analytics, Meta Reporting Suite, Tableau, etc.) to extract insights.
- Campaign Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance daily, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Uncover trends in large data sets to identify optimization opportunities.
- Micro-Level Insights: Analyze audience segments, creative themes, ad formats, placements, and bid strategies to improve paid media performance.
- Campaign Data Management: Consolidate and manage data from diverse marketing platforms.
- Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance: Generate and maintain reports and dashboards for various media channels and tactics.
- Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to media leadership and business owners.
- Executive Presentations: Develop and present complex analytical findings to executive teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Intelligence and technical teams to improve data accuracy and architecture.
- Positive Partnerships: Foster constructive relationships with marketing and business stakeholders.
Requirements
What You Can Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or a related field / equivalent work experience
- Professional Experience: 2+ years in data analytics. Experience in performance e-commerce, fashion / retail, or advertising agency is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Analytics: Strong knowledge of digital advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, SA360 Search, etc.).
- Analytical Tools Proficiency: Experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, or other BI tools.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and comfortable querying large databases. Basic Python skills are advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of structuring ambiguous problems and deriving insights from a complex media portfolio.
- Communication Skills: Clear communicator, able to convey quantitative subjects to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Prioritization & Project Management: Excellent at managing multiple tasks and balancing competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Learning & Development: Eager to develop new analytical skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Curiosity & Passion: Insatiable curiosity and a passion for uncovering truths in data.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,000-$100,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
