Job Description & Responsibilities
As part of the Commercial Data Management team, you are responsible for engineering and maintaining a reliable, high-quality supply of commercial data for the end-to-end planning process. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape commercial data architecture to meet business goals of end-to-end planning process.
Assess and assist with design, implementation, and management of critical components of the data supply chain. Integrate disparate data sources and systems to produce pipelines of information that facilitate Red Bull’s data-driven strategy for a more efficient and effective end-to-end planning process

COMMERICAL DATA ENGINEERING AND GOVERNANCE
Become a Red Bull data expert. Develop in-depth knowledge of our business, systems in use, and data sources. Operate as a subject matter expert and a trusted resource who provides information and insights to stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate cross-functional with IT, Sales, & Operations to develop, implement, and maintain commercial data pipelines for end-to-end planning project. Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot a reliable flow of trade sales & operations data that meets business requirements and advances strategic objectives in the end-to-end planning process. Partner with both internal and external resources to fully test and integrate the flow of trade sales data into mission-critical systems downstream for end-to-end planning project: Customer Profitability Management (CPM), business planning/reporting, performance measurement, data analytics.
SYSTEMS INTERGRATION: DISTRIBUTOR DATA EXCHANGE
Collaborate with local and global IT resources to ensure deliverables meet requirements for integration with SAP and other Red Bull systems. Develop relationships with contacts from major systems in use by our distribution partners. Actively confer on feasibility, timing, and costs of modifications needed to meet shifting RBNA requirements. Integral role in technical implementation for annual rollouts of Distribution sales initiatives (VIP, PFP, etc).
DATA QUALITY MANAGEMENT, ISSUE RESOLUTION
Identify data quality issues and/or system breakdowns. Identify root causes and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Engage cross-functional resources to implement appropriate solutions within data feeds and reporting. Collaborate with training and field support teams to identify and resolve gaps in tools, processes, or training that affect overall data quality and/or create recurring challenges. Be resource to help train business users through development of technical resources. Improve data quality and cross-functional communication. Simplify existing processes for quicker execution across departments.
Requirements
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 2-3 years relevant experience in one or more of the following: data engineering, systems integration, master data management, business intelligence, exploratory analytics
- Background working cross functionally with finance, sales, operations, IT departments.
- Direct experience with enterprise level ERP/CRM systems including relevant business intelligence, data management, reporting tools -- (SAP and related systems)
- Exposure to sales and overall business planning cycles, associated data requirements
- CPG/Beverage, indirect (3 tier) distribution experience helpful, not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in University (degree in Accounting/Finance or business-related field)
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $76,095 to $84,105 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
