COMC is looking to hire a Data Analyst. This person will play a key role in interpreting data to help make informed business decisions. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights using SQL, Power BI, excel and other tools. This role is part of the finance org and involves working closely with various teams across the organization to understand their data analysis needs and support them with timely insights. Key stakeholders will be Sales, Finance and Operations
The Data Analyst is an individual contributor reporting to the CFO.

Job Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL to perform data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various databases.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insights to business stakeholders.
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Assist in the data validation and cleaning process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to understand their analytical needs and deliver custom reports and analyses.
- Participate in the development and implementation of data analysis methodologies.
- Help in automating repetitive tasks and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and visualization.
- Uphold COMC values, quality standards, and exemplify C.A.R.D. culture.
- Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data warehousing and database structures.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience building data warehouses.
- Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Previous internship or project experience in data analysis.

Salary Range
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00
