Job Description & Responsibilities
THREE Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring and improving our reporting processes, assisting in the development of reporting dashboards, and supporting various data integration and analysis tasks. In this role, the Junior Data Analyst will gather, consolidate, and analyze data from a wide range of internal sources and applications, such as policy systems, claim databases, payment platforms, and marketing tools. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, can work independently, and is passionate about assisting a growing business with data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Data Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, interpret, and translate requirements into effective data solutions that support organizational goals.
- Fulfill Data Requests: Utilize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data to fulfill on-demand reporting requests from various departments, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in Dashboard Design and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders from across the company to design and develop interactive and appealing dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Support Data and Reporting Processes: Regularly monitor pipelines and automations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely availability for reporting and analysis needs.
- Monitor System Integrations: Track and manage integrations, quickly identifying and troubleshooting any errors to maintain system reliability.
- Write Detailed Documentation: Fully document data and reporting workflows and processes, ensuring clarity and consistency for team members and interested stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
- Basic programming knowledge in a language such as Python, with the ability to write, modify, and debug scripts for data processing and automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of data structures and their application in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data pipeline workflows, including ETL processes and data integration best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems, particularly Microsoft Azure, including experience with Azure functions, data storage, and cloud integration processes is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics).
- 1-2 years of experience in a data-related role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $60,000-80,000/year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
