Job Description & Responsibilities
As the company continues to grow we are seeking a Customer Data Analyst 2 to work in our Rochester, NY office. The Customer Data Analyst 2 is a member of the Contract Management team, reporting directly to the Supervisor of Customer Master Data and Memberships. This position is responsible for activities that support Customer Master maintenance and GPO membership management. This includes, but is not limited to GPO rosters, Direct and Distributor account linking and customer hierarchy relationships. This role will also facilitate the State and CLIA license accreditation process to establish new customers through the Master Data Management application cycle. The person in this role also acts as critical lead to support internal and external audits, and participates as a subject matter expert in enterprise wide projects.
The Responsibilities
- SAP data ownership (including accuracy and validity); Completes customer and membership requests utilizing established controls and communications
- Manages State and CLIA License accreditation. Initiates the process to obtain and manage necessary customer licenses required to support customer orders and supply chain warehouse requirements
- Participates on cross functional teams to support and sometimes Lead Global / US projects
- Review, create and update of SOP’s/WKI’s as required and facilitates process improvement activities
- Responsible for developing and managing reports (ad hoc, etc)
- Supports requests from Corporate Audit for yearly revenue review; Helps coordinate audit sample requirements and collaborate the facilitation of communications/meetings with Corporate Audit team.
- Additional activities based on business needs
- Travel: Up to 5% domestically
Requirements
Required
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in business related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Project Management experience as a cross functional team member or lead
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to meet timelines and milestones of project work
- Achieves communication objectives in challenging and complex situations with multiple levels with the organization
- Demonstrates leadership to define and accomplish common goals

Preferred
- MBA
- 5+ years experience in business related field: sales, operations, contracting, customer service, analytical role
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Strong analytical skills
What we offer
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is 53,000 to $96,000 and is eligible for incentive compensation. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
