Data Analyst, Compensation job description

To support and accelerate our growth, we’re hiring a data analyst to oversee all data and insights, ensuring we have clean, accurate, and up-to-date data that can make the entire sales and marketing team smarter and more effective.

You will…

  • Own data hygiene and accuracy, conducting regular data cleanup and validation efforts.
  • Perform data analysis across systems to generate meaningful insight.
  • Implement and configure BI tools to visualize data from across systems.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards that support the entire go-to-market team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to determine campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate with finance to build Salesforce to Mosaic data pipeline.
  • Build and refine campaign lists for email marketing, direct mail, and paid media.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

  • Have 4+ years of relevant experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role.
  • Are proficient in SQL, Python, Salesforce, and at least one BI tool.
  • Have experience pulling data using low-code tools or APIs.
  • Are experienced with one of more IPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier).
  • Are an effective communicator and presenter.
  • Proactively spot and flag trends and/or gaps.
  • Are able to translate data into insights that are easily understandable and actionable.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy and cleanliness.
