How You’ll Make Your Mark
As Digital Communication’s Data Analyst, you will deliver insights and ideas that elevate how we engage audiences through compelling content and experiences. The ideal candidate is digitally & analytically savvy, passionate about audience behavior with a keen ability to identify story angles and engagement opportunities. Success requires an innovative and performance-driven mindset – to test, learn and continually optimize. You will:
- Deliver measurement and reporting across internal and external channels. Partnering closely with digital channel owners, you’ll help guide our measurement framework, collect and analyze data, and deliver performance reports and insights that inform optimization plans for channels, content and engagement.
- Analyze conversation and media coverage for story and content opportunities. Using quantitative and qualitative inputs, you’ll unearth stories and identify owned content and engagement opportunities; that drive audience reach and enhance corporate reputation.
- Implement a data automation model across platforms. You’ll help unify performance data into a central data warehouse and onboard Business Intelligence analytics software for analysis. This is an exciting role, and one that’s critical to our data evolution.
- Support activation across digital channels. As a key member of an agile team, you’ll step in to support digital channel owners (e.g. HPE Newsroom), including during peak moments and events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on 360° communications programs. Armed with data and insights, you will be called upon to provide insights and expertise that help inform strategies and tactics across Corporate, Business, and Team Member Communication plans.

Qualifications
- BA or BS in Communications, Business, Analytics or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, digital communications or related field
- Agency experience a plus
