Job Description & Responsibilities
We are currently looking to add a Data Analytics Manager, Client Analytics to our growing team.
Your primary focus will be empowering our Customer Success team with rich and actionable insights to drive performance for our clients. This role involves a cross-functional & consultative approach to analytics that has you solving problems rather than simply querying data. There's an even mix of technical skills, business acumen, and product intuition required.
Our clients include many of the top E-Commerce and Publisher brands and you will be working with stakeholders to understand unique business needs. Leveraged with our business intelligence tool, Looker, and one of the largest consumer behavior datasets in existence, you will work to improve performance for clients and save time for our customer success team.

What You'll Do
- Work with Customer Success to understand client data needs and satisfy request with a one-off solution or automate a scalable solution
- Work with Analytics, Customer Success, and Performance Strategy teams to understand unique business needs and work with our tools to implement solutions.
- Design reports, dashboards, alerts, and other automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Act as the domain expert for how to best represent performance with our business intelligence tool, Looker.
- Have a deep understanding of all Wunderkind products and how they work together. Use this knowledge to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and product integrity.
- Analyze data and unlock actionable insight.
- Clearly communicate complex results and make suggestions to Clients and our customer success team. This may include calls directly with the client.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or closely related field
- 1-3 years in analytics role including experience in E-Commerce, Consulting, or Ads
- Experience working with clients or many stakeholders
- Experience with web analytics (Omniture and Google Analytics preferred) and Business Intelligence tools
- SQL familiarity is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and develop insights from complex data structures
- Familiar with digital marketing activities and common industry metrics
- Strategic thinker with a passion for data
- Self-starter that works well in a fast-paced, high energy environment

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
