Overview

The Data Analyst will help shape and deliver digital change on client projects across our global verticals. Working as part of a diverse team, you will be working with our biggest clients and supporting them with complex regular reporting & data analysis whilst supporting their digital transformation.

You Will

  • Supporting clients and assignments, dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Converting conversational data into analysis & insights that will lead to informed business decisions.
  • Delivering daily, weekly and monthly reports to the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and scoping assignments – ensuring you can deliver tangible real-world transformation strategy through facilitation, analysis, design, and delivery.
  • Understand, interpret, and communicate client requirements.
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are continuously assessed, and solutions designed around them.
  • Building relationships with clients and helping them learn new skills through mentoring
  • and shadowing where required.
  • Being involved in the wider Transformation community, identifying good practices we can adopt and share our experiences/sharing knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team.
Data Analyst job requirements

You Have

  • 3+ years’ delivery experience working on a variety of process improvement/change projects.
  • A mathematical ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills, an ability to think on your feet, lead/support projects and drive toward results.
  • You are a great persuasive communicator able to influence decision making.
  • Team player who can work with others as part of a team to design shared solutions knowledge/understanding.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and create insightful visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A recognised Sigma methodology certification would be highly advantageous.
  • Desirable skills in data engineering, data science or ML preferred.
  • Desirable skills in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, ETL Tools, Data Warehousing, Pipelines and Modelling.
  • Highly Desirable - operational experience in the Contact center industry.

The salary range for this role will be between $85,000 to $115,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, your location, skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. During the phone screening, the recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
