Job Description & Responsibilities
A Delivery Data Analyst is responsible for providing excellence in reporting and configuring productized machine learning models and lexicon policies to clients as part of Professional Services engagements. The candidate should work with team members to deliver projects successfully to our customers, and be able to generate metrics which can be presented to senior stakeholders. A successful data analyst should be able to work with large amounts of data, extract relevant information and draw logical conclusions and go forward options to the client.
How will you contribute?
- Support efforts to develop, test, and refine E-Communication lexicons and NLP models to target regulatory and operation risks
- Performing statistical analysis of data, using programming, to extract key information to identify correlations and patterns
- Using data to predict outcomes for alerts and thinking of ways to improve alert quality (True Positives) whilst reducing alert volume (False Positives)
- Develop and maintain customer facing documentation
- Methodology, results, and insights reporting, including model Governance report drafting in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Communicating with stakeholders to understand content and business requirements.
- Problem-solver and self-starter who is comfortable working independently or within a group setting and can use jira tools to monitor, track and deliver client projects on time
- Support efforts to serve as a subject matter expert to support sales activity, provide insight into product enhancements, and promote customer success
Requirements
What will you bring?
- Bachelors, Masters or Doctorate in Science, Technology. Engineering or Mathematics subject preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
