Job Description & Responsibilities
Review The Data Analyst will report directly to Flint’s CFO and work closely with the Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams and be responsible for developing actionable reporting that leverages data from the Company’s key business systems. The role is a unique opportunity to work in a fast growing, acquisitive business.
Core Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze data from across our various business systems to understand performance drivers and identify areas for improvement
- Leverage data visualization tools to develop custom dashboards and regularly scheduled reporting for our operators, marketing team, and finance team
- Streamline and automate analytical processes and data pipelines that feed reporting
- Work closely with our data management provider to access data pulled from various systems (field management, marketing, accounting)
- Assist in integration of data analytics tools and data sets following acquisitions
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of Flint Group.
Requirements
Target Profile
We are seeking a growth-oriented candidate with finance and accounting experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and be involved in multiple aspects of the business. The Data Analyst must be comfortable with coming into a young, high-growth, lean business with a willingness to be hands-on and roll up their sleeves. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, eagerness to learn, and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances is a must.
Key Experience / Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with business analytics systems / data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)4 year degree, with a focus in business analytics, business, accounting, or finance)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data to drive actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels

$60,000/yr - $70,000/yr
