Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Praia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analytics, transformation, and visualization, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks. The role involves leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance machine learning model predictions, particularly in product and consumer analysis. Key areas of focus include customer segmentation, cohort predictions, and A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities
Product Analytics:
- Conduct in-depth product analytics, including conversation optimization and A/B testing, to drive product feature enhancements.
- Analyze user data to uncover trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to product teams.
Dashboard and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards for internal use and customer-facing reports.
- Generate detailed reports to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and other critical metrics to stakeholders.
Deep Dive Analysis:
- Perform deep dive analysis using machine learning techniques for customer segmentation and cohort predictions.
- Utilize LLMs and advanced analytics to create predictive models that improve user engagement and personalize product offerings.
Facilitate Data Contracts:
- Collaborate with product engineering and data engineering teams to establish data contracts, ensuring seamless data integration and consistency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define data requirements and uphold data governance standards.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in product analytics, including conversation optimization, A/B testing, and feature impact analysis.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and languages, including Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Expertise in machine learning models such as clustering, classification, regression, and deep learning for analytics applications.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) leveraging RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) Framework and enhancing machine learning predictions.
- Strong understanding of data science techniques for customer segmentation, RFM analysis, and cohort analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in data analytics, machine learning, or data visualization tools.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with data pipeline development and ETL processes.
- Experience in a similar role within the healthcare or technology sector, focusing on product and consumer analysis.
What we offer
The annual US base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $165,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Praia and will be narrowed during the interview process based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
