In this remote role, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support our recruitment efforts and ensure we deliver the best possible service to our clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Gather data from various sources, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and internal databases.
• Clean, transform, and organize large datasets for analysis.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and key metrics related to recruitment performance.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations (dashboards, reports) to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
