As a Power BI Data Analyst, you will be successful if you are able to proactively partner with our team's stakeholders and find opportunities to add value and efficiency. You will be expected to be an active participant in understanding our stakeholders' problems and bring your own ideas, using both your business and technical knowledge, about how to create the best solution to add value.
The Management Reporting team’s role is to build and maintain reporting, analytics, automation, and process improvements / solutions for the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) department and their stakeholders. This role is expected to work with these teams to understand their business problems and brainstorm / “problem solve” solutions with the tools available to our team to add value and efficiency for the company. Typically, these solutions are built and delivered via Microsoft’s Power Platform (e.g. Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) and Microsoft O365 although sometimes other tools are used as well (e.g. Python, VBA, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
- Build new and maintain existing Power BI reports/dashboards that support the business.
- Build new and maintain existing Power BI data models including creating hierarchies, calculated measures/columns, and Row Level Security (RLS).
- Build new and maintain existing Power BI dataflows, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Build new and maintain existing Excel models using Power Query.
- Create and maintain documentation and mappings supporting all produced content (e.g. data models, dataflows, Excel models, reports, etc.)
- Act as partner and advisor to business controllers, the businesses and support areas.
- Participate in special projects and ongoing automation enhancements.

- Experience building reports with BI tools including, but not limited to: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc
Requirements
Power BI Data Analyst
- Experience prepping data with either enterprise or self-service data integration tools including, but not limited to, Power BI Dataflows/Power Query, Alteryx, Informatica, SSIS, etc. is not a requirement but strongly preferred.
- At least 1-2 years in a technical / analytical role.

Power BI Data Analyst (1-2 yrs. Experience): $52,400.00 - $76,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
