Job Description & Responsibilities
Rohde & Schwarz Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. This person will collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to act as the primary resource for reporting and data insights. In addition to supporting various reporting initiatives, this position will also involve working on projects related to improving database quality and processes. This is a hybrid role and will require some days in the office each week.
Your tasks
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing insights for stakeholders, including product and marketing teams
- Develop and maintain processes for standardized reporting
- Analyze data trends, challenges, and opportunities to guide business strategies using data from websites, marketing campaigns, sales, and product orders
- Gather data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and completeness
- Implement improvements to database quality, including database hygiene, segmentation, and data appending
Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Economics
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and an analytic mindset
- Willing to travel up to 10% within region and occasional international travel
- To be considered, candidates must be located in the US and have valid US work authorization.
What we offer
The total compensation for this position is $52K-$80K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
