Job Description & Responsibilities
IGT is currently seeking a highly talented Data Analyst to lead data efforts related to the deployment of DCD (IGT Evolve), the new content distribution infrastructure IGT will leverage in all North American markets. Reporting to the Director of Digital Content Distribution, this individual will work with all stakeholders to ensure all data collected from IGT Evolve are handled properly as well as lead all reporting and analytical efforts.
Responsibilities
- Acquire data from AWS cloud instances. Organize and maintain one or many ancillary performance databases for analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Design, maintain, and distribute customer facing dashboards. Unearthing value and providing deep insights to IGT game performance on an individualized basis.
- Design and maintain internal dashboards, clearly outlining predefined KPIs used to track internal metrics and progress.
- Liaise with the larger data team(s) at IGT providing organized data sets from the Evolve servers at their request.
- Design and execute both short- and long-term data strategies to further the positive impact Evolve will have for IGT.
- Assist with creating IGT Evolve product roadmap.
- Work with management to prioritize both external and internal client needs from the data.
- Work with a cross-functional team including data analytics, technology, systems, sales, and product management.
- Identify and define new data process improvement opportunities.
Work Location:
Position is US based with a responsibility to North American project deployment. Candidate may work on a flexible hybrid schedule out of any main US IGT offices (Las Vegas, Reno, Egg Harbor, San Francisco, Providence) or completely remote.
Requirements
Applicants with previous casino gaming experience are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- BS in Business, Mathematics, Economics or another relevant field required.
- 3+ years relevant experience with demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
- Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS etc.)
- Experience in database software (SQL or similar)
- Experience in one or more BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to converse at both a technical and business level.
- Gaming experience and/or familiarity with slot data a plus.
- Strong data, metrics and analysis skills.

What we offer
At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,000-$101,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
