You and Your Job
As an Appraisal Data Analyst, you will be successful monitoring and updating collateral in the RAF portfolio that meets ECB and Impaired guidelines.
The Appraisal Data Analyst supports the Sr. Appraisal Data Analyst in monitoring ECB and Impaired appraisal report to ensure compliance with policy/regulations. This requires critical thinking while aligning three separate data platforms to reflect current value and collateral details. Calculating land value trends, adjusting collateral values, and communicating both within and outside of the appraisal department are daily tasks.
Job Responsibilities
The Appraisal Data Analysts spend the majority of time compiling information needed to update collateral, calculating the indicative value and updating the data platforms with the new value. A unique aspect of this position is gathering land value publications throughout the country and calculating trends. This job requires working closely with the Sr. Appraisal Data Analyst to ensure accuracy and compliance. The best part about this job is the teamwork with the appraisal department and collaboration with other departments.
Requirements

- 2+ years of agriculture, real estate, financial, and/or lending background, preferred
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00
This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
