Job Description & Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will support our customers with insights gained from analyzing data and delivering various analytic projects such as benchmark reports, data trending and predictions. This role will work closely with multiple internal teams to assess customer needs and to deliver solutions! This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer business workflows and drive supporting data analysis.
- Act as the analytics solutions expert to support internal team.
- Prepare and analyze performance data to support customer business reviews.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in sophisticated data sets using statistical techniques.
- Conduct exploratory investigation on data points to identify areas of concern and/or importance.
- Prepare and present customer-facing business reviews, analysis findings, and data exploration projects.
- Document analysis requirements and work; set expectations related to delivery or completion of tasks/requests, and report on progress customer.
- Use BI tool (Looker) and SQL to build and edit reports and dashboards using ServiceChannel datasets.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must have solid experience in Excel (pivots, analysis).
- Must have some BI reporting background (Looker experience is a plus!)
- Must have ability to perform data analysis using raw data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Basic SQL development experience.
- Some basic understanding of key database concepts.
- Solid Executive Communication and Presentation experience!
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of ServiceChannel platform
- Knowledge of Facilities Management
- Experience working with service performance KPIs and data
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or data analysis
- Customer-Facing experience 1-3 years
- Financial modeling including forecasting and profitability analysis
What we offer
National: The salary range for this position is $54,100 - $100,500
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
