Job Description & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the collection and analysis of financial, sales, marketing, and other business data to support the Arcos’ finance team. Independently identifies sources of business information and develops ways to routinely collect, store, and analyze that data. Completes other duties and projects, as assigned.
Essential Job Functions

- Responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data from dissimilar systems to support Arcos’ business operations.
- Manually compile data from multiple systems, review for consistency and recommend improvements where possible.
- Validate information stored in business systems to ensure completeness/accuracy.
- Using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI, compile information from Arcos’ business systems to forecast future financial performance.
- Independently review sales, marketing and financial performance data to model and predict future business performance.
- Reviews historical financial and other business data stored in Microsoft Excel
- Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
- Supports assigned teams / functional areas in managing, tracking, monitoring, and reporting financial / business data as requested.
- Assist Director of Financial Operations with forecasting / modeling of various business scenarios
Requirements
Qualifications, Requirements And Skills
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college, or relevant experience/certification(s).
- Ability to clean, analyze, interpret, and display data using different approaches and business intelligence tools from dissimilar data sets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels as well as with customers.
- Demonstrated Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access, and both relational and cube data structure
- Familiarity with the R programming language
- Sufficient familiarity with the ARCOS product to understand and anticipate needs of the associates marketing, selling, supporting, designing, and engineering it.
- Excellent typing skills, strong grammar, and spelling abilities.
