Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst II, Dashboards reporting to the Manager, Dashboards, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of the reporting needs including the dashboards and reporting strategy within the People Analytics team. Working under the guidance of the Manager, Dashboards, you will contribute to the development and implementation of high-impact reporting solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging HR technology, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing reporting solutions aligned with People Analytics goals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an automation strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
- Create clear and concise data visualizations that effectively communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders
- Create and distribute both routine and ad-hoc reports to answer specific business questions or solve problems
- Troubleshoot issues with standard reports and work with clients on reporting difficulties
- Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and security
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reporting
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI, and recommend tools to improve efficiency and scalability of reporting products
- Work within various reporting and visualization tools including Workday Analytics, Prism, Tableau, PowerBI and Alteryx along with others
- Adhere to data governance frameworks and policies to maintain data quality, integrity, and security
- Create reporting and data automations using a combination of tools and languages including SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau and Workday
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field; or a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field in lieu of degree
- Experience working with Workday or Prism
- Experience designing and developing interactive dashboards
- Experience working with visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Alteryx
- Demonstrated capability to adapt to evolving assignments, manage multiple tasks, and effectively prioritize
- Demonstrated proficiency in consultative skills, showcasing the ability to effectively advise and guide stakeholders towards optimal solutions
- Demonstrated ability in storytelling with data
What we offer
Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
