Due to a consistent increase in the demand for our services, SymphonyAI Media is seeking a results-driven, highly motivated SaaS Data Analyst to join our Managed Services team.

Job Description

The SaaS Data Analyst within the Managed Services division is responsible for both analytical tasks and account management. The ideal candidate will collect, validate, and transform data to assist customers in effectively utilizing our products and services. Additionally, they will manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive experiences. This role demands strong analytical and data-driven skills, coupled with the ability to become well-versed in the technical aspects of our solutions offerings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Work directly with customers to onboard them onto our SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless integration and transition.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Process Documentation: Document unique and detailed processes for each customer to ensure business continuity and smooth transitions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze information gathered from multiple sources, breakdown high-level data into detailed insights, and transform data into the needed formats.
  • Timeline Management: Meet multiple customer timelines and deadlines; proactively communicate delays or issues to both customers and management.
  • Collaboration with Engineering: Coordinate with the Engineering team on new and custom functionality for new customers, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Perform user acceptance testing associated with new and custom functionality to ensure it meets the customers’ requirements.
  • Customer Support: Assist the Customer Support and Managed Services teams with inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions as needed.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required.
Data Analyst job requirements

Experience & Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency and basic SQL query skills.
  • Industry Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a data analyst role, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving: Highly developed critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and practically when resolving issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate with internal team members and customers alike.
  • Business Acumen: Business process analysis and application development skills are useful.
  • Technological Knowledge: Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and APIs to integrate customer systems with our products is a plus.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or applicable work experience.
  • Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Englewood, Colorado
