Job Description & Responsibilities
We recognize the benefits of hybrid working and want to create the best balance to ensure we can continue working together effectively. For this role, we have a hybrid work policy of 2 days a week in the office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Understand our clients’ needs and figure out how to present our data in compelling ways that match those needs
- Perform specialized analyses for our clients, who will use the insights and opinions you generate to make key decisions
- Create client deliverables that showcase our products and present our data
- Create and maintain reporting tools used by multiple client-specific teams
- Work closely with our product, engineers, data scientists, sales, and client support teams to plan and prioritize new features
Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required
- Educational background in quantitative discipline like Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
- At least 4-6+ years of professional experience in a role involving quantitative analysis with at least one of those years using R and python.
- Experience in SQL including complex joins/aggregations, including window functions.
- Passion and meticulousness necessary for precise data analysis and data exploration.
- Experience collaborating with both business and engineering stakeholders using data.
Beneficial
- Comfort with advanced statistical analysis and ability to translate it into layman’s terms.
- High level of proficiency in spreadsheet software including Excel and Google Sheets.
- Passion for movies, TV, and advertising.
- The ability and willingness to wear multiple hats and switch gears frequently.
- Experience training and supporting less technical or less experienced coworkers.

In compliance with New York and California Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $90-120k.
