Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst III within the Business Operations Intelligence (BOI) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Supply Chain, Operational, and Business objectives. Your expertise in data analysis will support critical initiatives, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and promoting a data-driven culture across the organization.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver scalable solutions, comprehensive reports, and actionable insights to advance business strategies.
- Apply SQL and Power BI extensively to address data analytics needs, supporting decision-making processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, providing leadership with detailed insights and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate multi-functionally and with various teams to implement solutions that add measurable value to Supply Chain and Operations, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Work closely with Data Partner teams to prioritize business needs, ensuring effective support.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all analytics initiatives, rigorously testing solutions.
- Stay ahead of with industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve processes.
- Lead or engage to initiatives that deliver impactful data analytics and insights to support business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications and Competencies::
- A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, data science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in data mining for business insights and optimization.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling and visualization with expertise in Excel, SQL, Power Platforms (Power Query), and Power BI.
- Understanding of supply chain metrics and operations; basic project management skills are advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of data accuracy.
- Ability to work optimally across teams and influence collaborators.
- Ability to work independently, initiate tasks with minimal mentorship, and adapt to a multi-functional environment.
What we offer
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $83,300.00–$125,000.00.
