Job Description & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing team with data entry, audits, and price analysis for local, regional and national initiatives – for client with up to 35,000 sites
- Aggregate, cleanse and analyze data from disparate sources and provide interpretation, insights, and trends
- Manage inbound sourcing data requests and data reporting
- Implement and support governance policies and processes for consistent and accurate source data
- Manage supplier relationships as related to administration and operational issues
- Support the category management plans reflective of the category, risk profile and service standards applicable to each service category.
- Support the data gathering and analysis of all sourcing KPIs data.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to streamline data management processes and workload
Internal JLL relationships
- Participate with JLL USPS Retail Operations and Sourcing teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits to the client
- Provide management, detailed instructions and continuous follow-up to support the Operations of the Account
- Work in cooperation with JLL Finance and the Operations team to ensure that financial transactions are processed in an orderly and timely fashion
Client and Supplier relationships
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the MSA, Client’s business, USPS Procurement Policy and FAR
- Be extremely proactive and responsive. Manage internal and external customer expectations
- Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues to Client’s and Account team’s satisfaction.
Data Management and Skills Needed
- Responsible for data integrity of sourcing access databases - oversee maintenance and enhancement of central sourcing database
- Manage large volumes of data and data analysis
- Auditing of large data sets
- Supply Chain Management Purchasing Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis
- Data Analytics
- Production of daily reports
- Microsoft Suite: Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, Smartsheet, Tableau SQL
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Best Practices and Supplier Performance
Requirements
Experience
- College degree and/or 3+ years of related experience
- Excellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability
- Proven ability to work successfully in a decentralized environment
- Knowledge of USPS Procurement Policy or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change
- Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Access and data management
What we offer
Estimated compensation for this position is: $50,000-$70,000 base + bonus
