Job Description & Responsibilities
Arcadis is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in New Work. In this role, you will be responsible to assist and provide support to ensure business needs are being met. While having the willingness to explore new ideas and creative solutions.
Role accountabilities:
- Managing and merging multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption
- Perform detailed data analysis using SQL
- Writing complicated queries, stored procedures, functions using SSMS
- Analyze & manipulate data in Excel, and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Assist with various aspects of the data management process – which may include data input
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards using PowerBI, and setup Data Gateway for dashboards
- Ability to automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reports using Python/R or Microsoft Power Platform
- Collecting, tracking and trending projection/ forecast data
- Working closely with the Project Controls Scheduling team
- Presenting data result outputs to stakeholders and management teams as needed
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced technical skills – MS SQL, Power BI/Tableau and/or Advanced Excel
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), including document editing and tracking changes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and effectiveness in communicating across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in infrastructure industry is preferred.
What we offer
Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is 70,000 - $85,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
