  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to support business decision making.
  • Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data mining systems.
  • Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data analytics and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytical capabilities.
Data Analyst job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive business experience in advanced business analytics, complex problem solving, and business strategy.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI, to create visually compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 86,940 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
