Job Description & Responsibilities
The Data Analyst is responsible for creating reports and developing complex variables to provide business users information for day-to-day operations. Assists Service group business operation with making necessary recommendations by providing insightful reports and commentary. Provides KPI metric reporting to senior management and various business units using Power BI, Business Objects, Excel, and MS Access. Creates survey templates using Qualtrics software, as well as compile responses into an Power BI for Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI metric reporting. Highly skilled in Excel techniques, formulas, pivot tables and Power Query. Improves and automate reporting process and distributions by implementing Power Automate flows.
Responsibilities:
- Supports service logistics and customer contact center operations by providing data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Provide weekly and adhoc reporting requirements (Inventory, Returns, Repairs, Exchanges, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), Check Requests)
- Analyze and design complex reports using Business Objects, Power BI, Access and Excel
- Improving reporting efficiency by implement Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 tools
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
- System data analytics and mathematical skills required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Power BI.
- Must have SAP experience.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Business Objects.
- The ability to communicate clearly with peers and management staff. Should have desire and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Preferred:
- Scripts writing or any programming knowledge is a plus.
What we offer
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000.00 to $101,000.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
