Bold is looking for a full-time Data Analyst to join our growing Product team. The ideal candidate is excited about data and sees every member interaction as an opportunity to build stronger experiences, both within and outside of the product, to increase enrollment, engagement, and outcomes for our members.

Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in defining and tracking key member metrics, benchmarks, and outcomes. You will be responsible for monitoring product adoption, retention, and engagement, providing data-driven insights that inform decision-making across various parts of the business, including product, customer success, marketing, member experience, and more. Additionally, you will contribute to scaling analytics throughout the organization, ensuring data-driven practices are integrated into our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain recurring reports to evaluate the performance of product features and initiatives.
  • Establish, evaluate, and report on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to provide analysis support on various projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data projects focusing on understanding user behavior and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Dive into large datasets to uncover insights and provide impactful recommendations to team members.
  • Visualize and communicate data analysis findings to Bold's leadership team and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy; identify problems or risks, propose and support solutions.
Data Analyst job requirements

About You:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, advanced analytics, statistics, and data visualization.
  • Experience in defining KPIs, statistical analysis, and experimental design with a track record of influencing high-level business decisions.
  • Strong SQL skills, with familiarity in building and reviewing data science models using Python/R considered a plus.
  • Experience with web and behavioral analytics tools like Google Analytics, MixPanel, and Amplitude.
  • Ability to effectively communicate insights through data, presenting information in a digestible and actionable manner.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities for product improvement and evaluating their feasibility.
