Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Data Analyst to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in T-SQL and SQL Server, data transformation, and EDI transactions. Experience with Deacom ERP is highly desired, along with a solid understanding of major ERP systems. The candidate should also have experience in the fresh food industry or manufacturing. Please NO interns or Co-op applications, we are seeking a min of 3 years experience in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
- Perform database backup and restore operations, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, including data cleansing and validation.
- Implement and troubleshoot EDI transactions, adhering to industry standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
- Generate and customize ERP reports.
- Maintain and validate master data within the ERP system.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
Requirements
Skills and Requirements
- Proficient in T-SQL and SQL Server, including SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Agent.
- Knowledge of database backup strategies and disaster recovery procedures.
- Understanding of EDI standards and experience with EDI transactions.
- Proficiency in ERP reporting and familiarity with reporting tools.
- Understanding of master data concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with Deacom ERP is highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Basic understanding of software development principles and practices (Python, R is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience with data transformation and ETL processes.
- 3-5 years of experience with any major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience in the fresh food industry or manufacturing is desired.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
What we offer
The pay range for this position starts at $73,000 - $95,000/annually. This position is a remote based position.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
