Job Description & Responsibilities
Partners with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functional areas to define and implement Data Driven Compliance reporting, dashboards and analytics
Responsibilities:
- Partner with all governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functional areas to create and maintain scalable and flexible Risk Management reporting, analytics, and dashboards using SSRS, Tableau, Python, and other business intelligence tools.
- Support GRC projects through data mining, data mapping, and data architecture efforts.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity to enhance analytics, reporting, and governance.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and optimize tools.
- Analyze high-volume datasets to investigate, identify, and report trends linked to deposits/lending compliance regulatory exceptions and key risk factors.
- Perform regression and other statistical analyses to identify key data relationships.
- Participate in model tuning and model validation as necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience in data analytics position
- SQL experience.
Preferred:
- Financial services industry experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending, or depository banking business.
- Python experience.
- Tableau experience.
What we offer
Target Range:
$66,560.00/Yr. - $73,000.00/Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 4%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 4%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
