What You’ll Be Doing
- Enhance reporting for our current business model by owning end-to-end development, design, and maintenance of analyses and dashboards
- Partner with engineers, product stakeholders, and leadership to translate business requests into deliverable product insights
- Consistently introduce strong, data-driven business and technical judgment to the decision process
- Develop and maintain documentation of reporting pipelines, datasets, and dashboards
- Facilitate building a best in class healthcare data team, granting Gifthealth additional opportunities to drive a better and more affordable patient experience in the pharmacy space
- Ensure compliance and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI)
Requirements
Education
- BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or comparable quantitative field and relevant work experience as a Data Analyst
A Few Things About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience manipulating complex data sets and developing statistical analyses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
- Experience with SQL, Python, BI Tools (we use Domo/Metabase), Fivetran, Excel
- Preferred experience with dbt, git, AWS, healthcare analytics
- A proactive approach to problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
