Job Description & Responsibilities
Here at Legacy Restoration, LLC, we are the leader in home exterior services with a regional operating model in Minnesota, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska, and Florida and rapidly growing through acquisition and organic growth. We are hiring an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Marketing Department reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. Primary Responsibilities
- Developing and maintain the ideal customer profile by market to help inform marketing mix targeting.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards leveraging the right platforms that scale cost effectively to help drive real time decision making.
- Conduct advanced data analytics to optimizing and understanding marketing performance to help shape the marketing mix and marketing investment by market.
- Conduct advanced data analytics to help optimize call center performance.
- Employ machine learning to help advance market level targeting to accelerate growth and lower marketing cost of acquisition.
- Prepare monthly analytics that are actionable for decision making.
- Track marketing investment vs budget and highlight key areas of risk and opportunity.
- Help prepare the annual budget for marketing, the call center and potentially other departments that are in the marketing domain.
Requirements
Experience Required
- Undergraduate degree in data analytics
- 3-5 years of working experience applying data analytics.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Deep working knowledge of machine learning
- Proven track record setting up marketing and/or business dashboards.
- Able to demonstrate a baseline understanding of cost of acquisition, CPL, EBITDA and key business metrics and how they are shaped.
