What You'll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Employee Impact Hub.
• Regularly update and create new resource documents to ensure current and relevant content.
• Handle site maintenance, including bug fixes and site updates.
• Conduct grant and match reviews, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Generate and analyze reports using Tableau to extract data, create visualizations, and identify program trends and insights
• Manage and respond to inquiries and requests from the Gap Foundation inbox, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Draft and edit emails and other communication materials for employee-facing purposes.
• Create and update content for internal newsletters and lists.
• Support the planning and execution of employee events, including design, material development, and day-of coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure events meet objectives and run smoothly.

What You Know

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fast learning ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with content management systems.
• Data Analysis - ideally skilled in using Tableau to generate and analyze reports
• Software Proficiency - Experience with employee giving and volunteering software, including the ability to navigate, update, and manage various features and functionalities of the platform.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with event planning and execution.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
