Job Description & Responsibilities
LHH is searching for a Data Analyst to help support our client's Human Resources Department. They are seeking an individual who is passionate about numbers, and enjoy working with Excel. The successful candidate will turn data into information that will provide insight into employee retention, recruitment strategy, market trends, etc. Individuals should have a genuine interest in a career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve, Interpret, and analyze data results
- Create Board presentations and reports based on data
- Collaborate with global team members to collect and analyze data
- Use graphs and other methods to visualize data
- Identify, analyze, and interpret data trends or patterns
- Present interpreted data to executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Locate and define new HR process improvement opportunities
- Partner with Finance on headcount forecasting
- Assist in other HR functional areas – compliance, benefits management, labor relations, etc.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas
- Beginner to Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept at presenting findings
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now desired, but not required
- Knowledge of Power BI desired, but not required
Work Experience
Minimum of 0 – 5 years of work experience
What we offer
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
