Job Description & Responsibilities
If User Acquisition is your game, then MobilityWare is the name you need to know. As our newest Data Analyst II, you'll help our vast portfolio of hit games continue to grow, your work will directly impact MobilityWare's growth across multiple games available in the Apple and Google Play stores. Your ability to utilize data to tell a compelling story will impact key business decisions for one of mobile gaming's premier publishers, becoming a vital contributor to our continued success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, maintain and enhance marketing data infrastructure and data reporting systems, including 3rd-party data pipelines and Tableau dashboards
- Provide technical, statistical analytical support for marketing UA team (or other cross function teams) on both routine and ad-hoc data requests. Examples such as (not limited to) UA performance analysis, in-game event tracking design, dashboard visualization, data QA, data issue investigation, etc.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on marketing / UA strategies and optimizations
- Brainstorm and generate new analytic ideas with the goal to improve marketing UA efficiency
- Serve as the hands-on subject matter expert and point of contact with 3rd-party marketing data providers, such as Appsflyer, Sensor Tower, various ad publishing networks, etc.
- Assist marketing data scientists with data collection, preparation, and validation for advanced modeling and analysis
- Communicate (and deliver) timelines and deliverables which include documents and visualizations analysis, providing recommendations to cross functional teams
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:
- Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Math, Economics or in Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science coursework
- 2+ years Work Experience in analytics, marketing / product analytics or eCommerce
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, and familiarity with a scripting language (Python, R)
- Experience or familiarity with digital marketing / user acquisition workflow
- Experience with statistical inference and advanced analytics techniques (A|B testing, ANOVA, regression, decision trees etc.)
- Advanced SQL skills
- Ability to work productively with others in a highly collaborative manner across multiple teams

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing compensation for this role. The range listed is just one component of MobilityWare's total compensation package for employees, which may also include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, or market demands. This range is based on a full-time position. This range may be modified in the future. The annual base salary pay range for this role is $104,000-$130,000.
