Job Description & Responsibilities
Core Values & Responsibilities
Works with appropriate Transdev staff to develop methods and procedures for monitoring, extracting and analyzing data from a variety of software and technology systems in order to support Transdev's performance and meet our quality assurance efforts.
- Prepares monthly client billings and reports, coordinating with all departments as necessary to obtained necessary data.
- Coordinates the collection and delivery of performance data throughout the location including data from Maintenance, Operations, Human Resources, Safety and Finance.
- Analyzes statistical data and creates performance and various financial reports.
- Ensures complete data verification and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Recommends strategies and improvements to facilitate accurate data collection, delivery, analysis and reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Education & Certifications Required
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
Minimum Experience & Skills Required
1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management/Administration, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Professional experience in the public transit or related transportation industry preferred.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software packages required.
Proficiency with transit industry specific software systems such as those used for this project strongly preferred.
Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing required.
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse environment.
Ability to work without supervision as required.
Travel requirement (as a percent): <5% for occasional meetings
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must submit to a drug test and a background check.
Physical Requirements:
- Requires individual to be able to frequently travel to company locations and prospective client locations.
- Individual must be willing to work in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may also be required to meet deadlines.
- Will work indoors a majority of the time performing normal office duties including prolonged sitting, typing, filing, bending stooping.
