Job Description & Responsibilities
The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
Job Summary:
- Create new data analytics tools on Tableau and Power BI including the analysis of metrics and risk assessment.
- Create automated processes using Power Platform to retire legacy work using Access and Excel macros.
- Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment.
- Identify and recommend new ways to save money by streamlining business processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' work experience doing quantitative analysis.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).
- Expertise on creating Tableau solutions.
- Strong financial industry experience.
- Strong understanding of waterfall and agile methods of application development.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong project management experience within a technology organization.
- Hands-on project and program management experience; track record of project go-live implementations.
- Work with application developers to implement data strategies, build data flows, and develop conceptual data models.
Preferred Skills:
- Use of other data modeling tools will be considered with the core skill set: advanced SQL, Python (descriptive/predictive models), and Tableau Viz.
- Streamline and automate processes to ensure data lineage, consistency, integrity, and transparency.
- Participate in the design and delivery of solutions that support the fundamental data and governance process.
- Technology infrastructure or application development experience.
- Develop best practices for standard naming conventions and coding practices to ensure the consistency of data models.
What we offer
The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K -$125K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
