We are looking for a Data Analytics Associate to join our Analytics and Consulting team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled data professional with strong technical abilities and excellent communication skills. This role will involve analyzing data, deriving actionable insights, and working directly with clients to implement cutting-edge analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define problem statements, and communicate results and recommendations.
• Data Analysis: Perform exhaustive exploratory analyses, transform data into usable forms using techniques such as normalization, aggregation, and feature engineering.
• Model Development: Build statistical and predictive models to assist in better business decision-making, including QA testing and deployment collaboration.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data quality checks and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Business Development: Contribute analytical expertise to proposals and solution development.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in data analytics with practical exposure to building predictive models

Skills:

• Strong Python and SQL programming abilities

• Analytical thinking with robust problem structuring and solving capabilities

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Other: Must be authorized to work for any employer within the US

• Travel: Up to 10% based on client needs
