Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and problem solving Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer retention team. Your insights will improve our customers' experience here at Nutrafol.
Responsibilities
- Work with various data sources, extracting and transforming data for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, and patterns within our customer base.
- Summarize and visualize data findings through charts, graphs, and reports.
- Generate regular reports and prototype dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements, provide analytical support, and actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
- 1-3 years of data analytics experience; experience working in an eCommerce company is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Salary Range
$75,000 — $80,000 USD
