You will be an integral part of the Customer Experience organization, contributing to the analysis of our business's health through data and operational excellence. Your role is crucial in the team's proactive efforts to identify, develop, and drive long-term strategies and initiatives aimed at ensuring retention, growth, and a superior experience for our Customers. Your success in this position relies on your relentless curiosity and your passion for creating innovative analyses to uncover opportunities. Additionally, you excel at extracting insights from data, transforming ideas into action, and feel at ease interacting with senior management regularly.

Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role

  • Generate actionable insights and define metrics and scalable reports/dashboards that track progress, influence organizational behavior, drive forward-looking strategy, and identify areas of improvement
  • Build models to analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
  • Partner with data engineers, product and finance operations to assist in designing data architectures and bring analytical prototypes to production
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities by monitoring data quality, analyzing data and trends in Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo and other key systems/tools
  • Contributing to deep-dive research and analysis to identify opportunities that will support LogicMonitor’s business transformation projects through analytic
Associate Data Analyst job requirements

What You'll Need

  • 0-2 years experience
  • The ability to approach complex data problems, devise solutions, and successfully implement them within project deadlines and objectives
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to visualize findings to stakeholders
  • Foundational understanding of ETL workflows, modeling approaches (e.g clustering, regression, A/B testing)
  • Demonstrated expertise gained through relevant internships, coursework, and personal projects that highlight your skills and a strong dedication to the field of analytics & data science
  • Fundamental knowledge of cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, DBT , Github with an emphasis on their use for scalable data analytics
  • Knowledge of statistics (experimental design, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing)
