Role Overview
The Audience Impact & Intelligence team is a specialized group of strategists and researchers who power advertising sales with audience-forward, culturally fluent insights for the evolving media ecosystem. We inspire sales teams with deep audience understanding, strategic insights, and data expertise to support client needs. Our team focuses on making meaningful connections between consumers and diverse audiences across all platforms through data-driven studies, surveys, and industry metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Support Sales and Marketing teams by developing strong positioning stories that highlight the value of the audience.
Craft engaging, client-ready, research-based sales materials and RFP responses that illustrate the power of our networks and audiences.
Developed a deep understanding of the linear, digital, and cross-platform advertising space, along with media measurement methodologies and their implications for ad sales.
Present research findings to sales teams and key stakeholders as needed.
Build relationships with peers across teams to enhance information sharing and process improvements.
Generate and manage regular weekly and quarterly performance reports, as well as competitive analyses.
Utilize creative data visualization techniques to present research insights compellingly and innovatively.
Stay informed about industry trends and key consumer insights to enhance research strategies.
Provide support to Directors and Managers on additional projects as necessary.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven expertise in data analytics
Familiarity with software applications used to extract data from syndicated sources such as Nielsen, MRI-Simmons, Kantar, comScore, and VideoAmp.
Strong analytical abilities and experience with data storytelling using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask effectively.
What we offer
Salary
Salary range: $72,000 - $108,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
