Job Description & Responsibilities
iHeartRadio, iHeartMedia’s digital radio platform, is one of the fastest growing digital audio services in the U.S. and offers users thousands of live radio stations, personalized custom artist stations, and top podcasts and personalities. The Senior Product Analyst role offers the opportunity to have an immediate impact shaping product strategy and growth at iHeartRadio, which offers unlimited music all in one app from thousands of radio stations, artists, playlists, and more, as well as editorial content across the web.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all product implementation, testing, reporting and insights
- Partner With Product Managers as analytics POC.
- A/B Testing - Primary owner of maintenance of A/B test program for Product: hypothesis building, test execution, analysis
- Present findings to senior management to drive business decisions.
- Mentor junior team members on data storytelling and A/B Test best practices.
Requirements
What You'll Need:
- End-To-End A/B Testing Strategy, Implementation and Analysis
- Ability to create detailed documentation and clearly present findings
- Deep understanding of developed product life cycles and user journey mapping
- Adapts easily to changing situations and can manage priorities
- Strong desire to learn and grow career
- Self-starter and ability to work independently on tasks
Technical Skills:
- Python / Pandas
- SQL
- Experience with self-service analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Adobe, Amplitude, etc)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with Github
- Experience with AWS Redshift / Google BigQuery
- Experience with ETL processes and automation pipelines
- CDP experience (mParticle, Segment, etc)

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL and Tableu or Power BI.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail

- Ability to work independently or with diverse team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Work Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in analytical roles.
- Experience wrangling large data sets a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
