Job Description & Responsibilities
The Sr. Data Analyst will assume responsibility for the data, tracking and reporting tied to our digital optimization efforts. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize the customer experience across our ecommerce, pharmacy and loyalty lines of business, ultimately driving higher engagement and conversion among digital users.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as website analytics, customer feedback and customer behavior; identify trends within the data and mange data to uncover solutions to customer experience problems.
- Work both independently to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and collaboratively with cross functional teams across ecommerce, pharmacy and marketing to identify potential optimization opportunities, leading with supporting data and/or hypotheses.
- Partner with the team to implement a wide range of testing (A/B, multivariate, etc), ensuring statistical significance is achieved.
- Utilize data visualization skills to create impactful presentations that clearly communicate insights across tracking, reporting and measurement for any level of the organization.
- Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices in data analytics and ecommerce.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field required.
- Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Business, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field preferred. “The typical starting pay range for this position is between [$88k-$126.2k], although wages can vary based on experience and geography.”
- 7 years of experience in a similar role or with product management or internal consulting experience required.
- 7 years of experience in Proficiency with Excel, SQL and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics Optimizer, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Optimizely, ideally in a retail environment required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of online tagging and measurement required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights required.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills required.
What we offer
Salary Range:
$88,000 - $126,200
