Job Description & Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst at Collaborative Robotics, you will be instrumental in advancing our data-driven robotics initiatives, creating transformative solutions that redefine human-robot interaction.

This role is located at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters, or remotely within the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze varied robotic data to help engineering teams understand technology performance across environments.
- Troubleshoot customer data pipeline issues and build scalable data logging solutions.
- Develop and maintain data analytics processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct relevant, insightful analysis and communicate results through white papers and presentations.
- Employ methods such as design of experiments, statistical modeling, financial analysis, and data visualization.
- Use unified and disparate data sources to uncover insights and deliver decision-driving analytics and automated data visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with the project manager, software architect, and solutions/systems architect to shape the robotic technology landscape.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, data modeling, and statistical analysis and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau or similar BI tools to create end-to-end dashboard solutions and reports for diverse users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, operators, business leadership, and technical teams.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis.
- Knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms for data storage and processing.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic start-up environment as part of a small team.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for the role (up to 25%).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Robotics, logistics, supply chain.
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or D3.js.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
- Experience in financial analysis and cost-value analysis within a technology environment.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or C++.
- Certification in data analysis or data science (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Google Data Analytics Certificate).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior data analysts.
- Publications or presentations in relevant conferences or journals on data analytics or robotics.
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $180,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Santa Clara, CA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
