Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Fully Remote Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, deep analysis, as well as analyzing complex datasets to generate insights for our business partners. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions. Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, store, and process data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and address data requirements.
- Utilize Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Perform data validation and enrichment to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain data models and metadata documentation.
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and tools, such as Python, Tableau, and SnowFlake to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to effectively communicate data insights to business stakeholders.
- Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the data engineering and analytics space.
- Provide support for ad hoc data requests and participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Tableau is required.
- Familiarity with data pipeline and ETL tools, such as Apache Airflow or Apache NiFi, is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization techniques and tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Understanding of statistical analysis techniques and the ability to apply them to large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, translating data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
What we offer
Salary Range: $62,000 - $77,900+ & 10% yearly bonus
