Job Description & Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects.
- Manage monthly reporting requirements.
- Analyze data to predict marketing program performance. Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, updates data as needed.
- Interpret data to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems or suggest areas for process improvement.
- Manage additional data driven campaigns for marketing.
Requirements
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Highly skilled with MS Excel (including VBA) and other MS Office products including PowerPoint, and Word
- Prefer relevant work experience (e.g. investment banking, private equity, M&A, consumer finance, structured finance, asset-backed finance)
- Understanding of basic accounting statements: balance sheet, cash flow, income statement
- Superb attention to detail
- Analytical thinking skills
- Statistical knowledge and technical expertise.
- Understanding of ABS, whole loan sales, various debt and equity financing structures, including short- and long-term debt
- Effective presentation skills to compellingly present complex information
- A bachelor’s (or advanced) degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Must be passionate about finance and/or the renewable energy/home improvement space
What we offer
Compensation: $80,000-$110,000
