What You’ll Do:

• Analyze large data sets to uncover patterns, insights, and trends
• Build and apply statistical models to make predictions and forecasts
• Develop reports and visualizations to communicate applicable and strategic insights
• Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing
• Review and provide recommendations regarding test documentation
• Develop test plans and procedures in support of system evaluation based upon specifications and technical data articulated in requirements documents
• Develop and implement data collection plans based on data collection requirements, to include training for operators and data collectors
• Conduct required reviews of all data collection forms and operational logs collected during test
• Review Test Incident Reports for accuracy and completeness
• Support analysis of documented user requirements and assists in the design of test plans in support of user requirements
• Work and collaborate with testing working groups for test related issues and topics
• Provide timely communication regarding upgrades and downtimes (planned & unplanned), system changes, or common issues
• Monitor test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Data Anlyst/Tester to support the development of web-based applications.

Required Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• At least 3 years of data analysis/testing experience
• Demonstrated experience using data visualization tools
• Experience interpreting requirements, writing quality control documentation (e.g. Test Reports), and writing user acceptance test plans (including Acceptance Criteria)
• Knowledge of Test Management, Automation toolsets and processes
• Proficiency with test automation and test management tools
• Great organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate and work productively as part of fully remote and/or hybrid teams
• Must be a US citizen or Public Resident
