Job Description & Responsibilities
The Strategic Marketing Analyst is a data-driven marketer, responsible for uncovering valuable performance insights, customer journey mapping, digital marketing campaign execution, strategic growth opportunities, and leading process improvements for data stewardship.
You are passionate about storytelling through data, converting market trends into meaningful insights, and aggregating both qualitative and quantitative data sources to ensure a highly competitive Digital Marketing and Strategic Marketing strategy at ChemTreat.
This role will serve as the Strategic Marketing team’s data steward in order maintain data quality, integrity, and accuracy within ChemTreat’s marketing tools and related internal data systems.
Oversight includes ensuring accuracy in attribution reporting and forecasting, proactively identifying process improvements and introducing innovations. Key deliverables include the creation of data monitoring tools and dashboards to track performance and identify key areas of growth.
What will I do in this role?
- Uncover meaningful insights in the customer journey to help drive better digital marketing strategy that produces revenue results
- Extract demand generation potential of various channels through the use of paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Ads, etc.) through website optimization, budget management, strategy and data process.
- Perform extensive contact and customer profiling and data mining using analytical tools to extract actionable information and provide key business insights and findings from this data.
- Develop and improve data integration and processes to drive revenue growth strategies.
- Communicate priorities and schedules to cross-functional stakeholders for all marketing analytics projects.
- Responsible for developing improved data management and analytical tools in support of improved sales operations, social media campaigns, and new product launches.
- Create, analyze, and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact, and make recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
Am I qualified?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years work experience finding and reporting insights using stats and visualization tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting (e.g. Power BI, Google Data Studio, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Spotfire, DOMO).
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Experience with paid media platforms and search engine marketing (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Semrush, Ahrefs)
- Ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources incl. joining, aggregating, running descriptive statistics
What we offer
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
