As a Logistics Data Analyst, you will play a meaningful role in improving our logistics and operations by identifying areas of opportunity to improve through data analysis. In this newly developed role, you will work closely with both internal operations teams and external transportation partners to establish a unified platform for logistics information and opportunities. Your expertise in using tools such as SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerBi will enable you to generate consensus across the organization and ultimately improve the customer delivery experience at Cisco Meraki.
What You Will Do
- Integrate internal and external data sources into a single platform and develop dashboards highlighting network costs, delivery times, and carrier performance.
- Recognize the tradeoffs between transportation, fulfillment, and supply chain then pinpoint areas for improvement within large data sets.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across different systems and sources.
- Evaluate and propose tools that will automate business processes, and work with cross-functional teams to put them into action.
- Research and keep up with industry trends and regulations related to transportation and logistics.
Requirements
Requirements And Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience with developing tools using Snowflake, SQL, PowerBi, or Tableau is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently communicate the reasoning behind solutions.
- Good project management skills with the skills to adjust quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Compensation Range:
$85,000—$102,100 USD
U.S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
