Job Description & Responsibilities
Nuseed has an exciting opportunity for a Global Master Data Analyst located at our state-of-the-art West Sacramento Innovation Center. This role will monitor and ensure master data quality and lead activities aligned with creation of customer, product and vendor data across all regions and functions
Reach Your Potential
- Serve as the main liaison between business functions and IT for all matters related to product, customer, and vendor master data.
- Ensure data policies are followed and functional training on data entry and usage is in place.
- Work with regions and functions on process standardization related to data management. Support functional data owners in developing and documenting processes.
- Work with IT to incorporate process or business model changes that impact systems or data, liaising between business and IT to ensure proper implementation across systems.
- Ensure quality of master data in Nuseed systems and support functional data owners in developing and documenting processes. Ensure consistency of unit of measures and data definition.
- Understand business relevance of existing & new data requirements, understand systems hierarchies and how master data fields interact with operational and reporting flows across all Nuseed systems.
- Solve operational issues by analysing the root causes and implementing solutions.
- Work with IT to s facilitate solutions in case of conflicting interests between business functions or regions (e.g., unclear definitions, responsibilities, use of attributes, etc.)
- Partner with IT to define data standards and KPIs to secure a high data quality across related functions and systems and reflect the business needs.
- Support the creation of data reports and partner with IT on regular data audits
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree and 3 years of work experience in supply chain or finance roles or equivalent combination of education and experience. They will possess digital acumen and experience working in IT in the design of business processes, systems and master data management. They are results oriented, have a willingness to learn, strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers, Excel, Oracle an ERP.
What we offer
Salary Range: $66,600 - $95,000 USD
Nuseed takes several factors into consideration when determining salary ranges. These factors include, but are not limited to, candidate experience, education, geographical location, and industry. Nuseed roles are incentive eligible and offer a robust benefit package that are not reflected in the noted salary range.
